Job Description

Allied Reliability, located in Charleston, SC, is seeking assistance with the daily operations of our office and our Recruiting & Staffing division. We are looking to hire ASAP!


This position will be a highly visible and integral role within the team, with responsibilities centering around:

  • The onboarding process of new hires for the temporary staffing services Allied Reliability provides to our clients, including direct communication with the employees
  • Supporting temporary staffing services employees throughout temporary employment period through various functions, including but not limited to: payroll, expenses, benefits, employment verifications, and required paperwork and documentation.
  • General office management, including inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Assisting the Training division of Allied Reliability with their classes held in the Charleston office
  • Providing support to Director, Recruiting & Staffing as well as Recruiting & Operations team


  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to learn new online systems quickly
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude!
