Allied Reliability Group is looking for a qualified Buyer in Springerville, AZ!



Responsibilities

  • Type 65 WPM, proficient in Microsoft Office 2016, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Maximo, Oracle or other purchasing software.

  • Ability to read, understand and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

  • Review purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy pertaining to requirements such as tax status, part numbers, delivery terms, payment terms, dates quantity and price.

  • Ability to speak professionally to suppliers, engineers, planners, operational personnel and supervisors. 

  • Understanding of Material Requirements Planning and Forecasting.

  • Ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve supply chain issues. 

  • Review supplier activity and performance to ensure contract compliance.

  • Work with Project Managers to understand projects, negotiate terms and conditions and ensure contract compliance.

  • Working knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process, including requisitioning, RFPs, purchase orders, contractor services, accounts payable and warehouse operations. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple on-going projects simultaneously.
